TWMS® addresses all aspects of water cycle for urban built environment. TWMS® offers 100 % water security.Multi -fold objectives of TWMS® can be summarized as below:
Provide effective rain water harvesting solutions (RWH) that captures nearly 100 % of runoff generated from the annual rainfall at the site.
The RWH design will focus on recharging the groundwater table directly or filling up the fresh water tank for direct use.
Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is designed based on the IS10500 lab test results to give residents best potable water with adequate hardness and free of any contamination.
Packaged MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor) STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) is most sophisticated STP technology. Completely automated packaged plant with PLC controls requires NO operators. Potential to save tens of thousands of rupees on monthly AMC for the residents. Greywater used for toilet flushing is of the highest quality with no odor & color.
TWMS® makes sure that with scientifically engineered RWH system, groundwater table is always recharged. Properly designed, WTP, STP and Greywater system ensures reduction of water usage there by reducing the monthly water bill and most importantly dependence on potentially contaminated tanker water. This water security is for long – term future with cost savings at various stages.
Organic Waste Convertor
An Organic Waste Converter is a green technology machine used for treatment and recycling of solid and liquid refuse material i.e waste generated from households, hospitals, Pharmaceutical industries, Food Industries etc.
Due to ever increasing population across the world, Industrialization and Urbanization, millions of tonnes of waste is generated. With the absence of stipulated rules and regulations from the governing body for management of waste, the waste is being dumped in large lands as fill for burial or incinerated at higher temperature. This type of waste conversion results in fly ash, release of high percentage of carbon foot prints and other chemicals such as particulate matter, heavy metals, dioxins, furans, sulphur, and hydrochloric acid which affect the quality of Air, Environment and potentially can cause slow but dreadful diseases to life on earth.
The Organic Waste Converter plants work on the principle of Aerobic Microbial decomposition of wet/organic waste into compost. This is a Bio Mechanical process which produces a homogeneous odour free usable output. Organic Waste convertors can be applied to hospitals, super markets, farms, slaughter houses and the like.
Environmental impact of OWC
The converter is one of the “green technologies” available today for waste treatment. There is a clear and definite positive environmental impact stemming from the use of waste conversion into biofuel, building material, and soil compost. Increasing numbers of local and national governments are also turning to recycling and conversion technology to relieve the pressure on already-full or overfilled landfills. If the regulations are strictly followed, Waste conversion augmented by traditional recycling methods, now allows nearly 99% of all Municipal Solid Waste to be reused in some way, thus sharply reducing the demand on landfills.
The key advantages of OWC:
- Works at atmospheric pressure
- No pressure vessel
- Water is recyclable and not dumped as sewage water
- Simplified and efficiently working
- Avoids polluting emissions in environment
- Usable end product such as biofuel and soil-compost
- Usable as organic manure for bio-organic enrichment of soil
